Ich hab's geschafft ;-) schon lange wollte ich einen Marathon laufen. Nun habe ich das gemacht.
Es ist wirklich eine Tortur so ein Marathon. Ich hatte mir zwei Ziele gesetzt. Erstens, ins Ziel kommen und Zweitens das unter 4 Stunden. Ich hab doch wirklich beides geschafft, wenn auch knapp ;-)
Bis zum Kilometer 30 war ich super darauf, brauchte bis dort lediglich 2 Stunden und 42 Minuten und dann kam auf dem Kilometer 35 der Hammer.
Plötzlich ging nichts mehr, die Oberschenkel schmerzten unbeschreiblich und das Laufen wurde zur Qual. Da war jetzt die mentale Stärke gefragt. Und ich hab's geschafft... 3:59 h hab ich gebraucht.
Die Schmerzen nach dem Lauf und das Resultat sind das Ganze glaublich nicht wert. Künftig werd ich kleinere Läufe und Halbmarathon oder 30 Km Läufe starten, das macht mir mehr Spass.

A long time I had the imagination to run a marathon. Now I did it. To be honest it is a torture. I had sat down two goals. The first was to come at the end of the marathon and the second to do this under 4 hours. I created really both if also tightly; -)
Until to the kilometer 30 I was super on course, I needed 2 hours and 42 minutes for that and then on the kilometer 35 the hammer came. Suddenly nothing did go any more. The hurt of the thighs muscles was indescribably and the running became the torment. There the mental strength was asked. And I made it... I needed 3:59 h.
The pains after the course and the result are that entire believable not valued. In the future I will start smaller courses and half marathon or 30 km of courses, because for me that's still fun and I can enjoy it

Lange hab ich nicht mehr in den Blog geschrieben, ich hab mir halt Ferien gegönnt ;-)

Und nun hat mich der Alltag wieder. In Bern läuft alles wie gewohnt und im Job ist es enorm ruhig, da viele Leute noch die Ferien geniessen und so kaum Stress entsehen kann :-)

Its a longer time still I have wrote in the blogs, it is symply I enjoyed the vacation; -) we were three weeks on our way on a round trip in Switzerland. The impressions and other photos of that trip you will find on our homepage http://www.fotogeo.ch.
Now the normal way of life cames back. In Bern, every thing runs its usually way. On the job it is enormously quiet because many people still enjoy their vacation and can so there is no possibility to let grow up some stress: -) I hope, everyone of you also had its vacation or that you can please you yet on that.

Die Euro 08 ist schon weit entfernt und kaum mehr irgendwo ein Thema. Ich konnte zumindest beim letzten Match in Basel nochmals in den Einsatz als Kundenbetreuer, was sehr interessant und amüsant war.
Nun hält der Alltag wieder einmarsch und der Sommer lässt auf sich warten. Das schön Sommerwetter war wohl nur ein kurzes Intermezzo... aber ich bin zuversichtlich, wir haben noch fast den ganzen Juli und August, da wird sich der Sommer wohl wieder zurückmelden ;-)
Bis im September geht punkto Auslandmodule nichts, daher erlaub ich mir nur ab und zu mal wieder was zu schreiben.
Ich wünsche allen ein super Sommer und viel Freude im Leben

The Euro 08 is already far away and is not any more a theme or subject in the daily life. I had at least the possibility to work as a customer caregiver once again at the last Match in Basel, this what was very interesting and amusing. Now the normal life has started again and the summer for itself is not really here. The beautiful summer weather was am probably only a short intermezzo... however I confident, we still have almost the entire July and August, so the summer comes probably back again ; -) Until September I do not have any foreign modules, therefore I will only occasionally write in my blog. I wish all a super summer and a lot of joy in your life

Nachdem wir seit Wochen immer wieder recht schlechtes Wetter hatten, konnte ich mich gestern riesig freuen, dass pünktlich zum Sommeranfang auch der Sommer nach Bern kam. Wir hatten unseren ersten wirklich waren Sommertag. Sonne pur und schöne Blau! Nachdem ich den ganzen Tag in der Schule war, gönnten wir uns am Abend unseren ersten Badeausflug.
Es war einfach himmlisch, in der Sonne liegen, die Seele baumeln lassen, einwenig träumen und dann eine flotte Abkühlung im Wasser. Was will man mehr :-).

After we have had several weeks quite bad weather, Yesterday I was very happy that punctually to the summer beginning also the summer came to Bern. We had had our first summer day. Sun pure and beautiful blue! After I was the entire day in the school, we granted ourselves in the evening our first bath excursion. It was lie simply heavenly, in the sun, that soul let dangle, dreaming and then a brisk cooling in the water. What do I want more: -).

Das war ja ein toller Abend, ich hab mich für den Euro 08 Einsatz gemeldet und durfte gestern als Kundenlenker und -Berater im Bahnhof Bern im Einsatz sein. Die Stimmung, die Erlebnisse und auch die Erfahrungen die ich dabei einfangen und erleben durfte, waren einfach super.
Ich war immer wieder für verschiedene Tätigkeiten wie Auskünfte über Zugsabfahrten, Billette lösen, Taxistände finden, Weg zur Gepäckaufbewahrung erläutern und einfach alle möglichen Fragen beantworten sowie Kollegen/innen Ablösen im Einsatz. Die Stimmung war sehr ausgelassen und die Zeit verflog schnell. Der letzte Oranje Match war ein Erfolg und Bern nimmt nun Abschied von den Holländern.

Yesterday was a crazy evening, I reported myself for an Euro 08 assignment and was allowed to be there as a customer handlebar and -adviser in the railway station Bern. The mood, those experiences and also the contacts with all the people was simply super.
I was again and again for different activities such as information about train departures, solve tickets, find taxi stands, explain the way to the luggage storage and answer simply all possible questions as well as displace colleagues.
The mood was cosily and my work time passed departed quickly. The last Oranje Match was a success and Bern now has to say good-bye to the Dutchmen.

Gestern war ein wirklich eindrücklicher Tag. Wir hatten in der Schule die eher sehr trockene Materie "Corporate Finance" dafür war in der Stadt Bern der "Bär los".
Nach der Schule konnten wir uns noch ins Gewimmel der Euro 08 begeben und dabei die sensationelle Stimmung der Oranje-Fans geniessen. Bern war ein einziges Fest. Der Match zwischen Holland und Frankreich der Hammer und im Anschluss wurde in Bern die Nacht zum Tag.
Als ich mich um 00.30 h auf den Weg nach Hause machte, konnte ich auf einen total genialen Abend mit viel Emotionen und Erlebnissen zurückblicken, das war der wohl beste Freitag der 13ten den es gibt. :-)

Yesterday was a really impressive day. At school we the very dry matter of “Corporate Finance” but in the city of Bern there was an amazing spirit. After the school we were able to proceed into the throng of the Euro 08 and were able to enjoy the sensational mood of the Oranje fans. Bern was like a celebration-town.
The soccer match between Holland and France was unique and within this connection the night became to be a day in Bern. When I went home around 00.30 h, I was able to look back on a totally brilliant evening with much emotions and experience, I would say this was probably the best Friday 13th I ever had :-)
